Exchange and return

InteriorLight cares about its customers — if the product does not meet your expectations, we are always ready to exchange it or refund your money

Exchange or refund can be made within 14 days after purchase.
According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", the customer has the right to:

  1. Exchange a product of proper quality;
  2. Return a product of proper quality and receive a full refund. The refund is issued within 3 days after the seller collects the parcel from Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta.

The product can be exchanged if:

  1. A receipt is available;
  2. The product is in its original packaging, with all tags and labels preserved, and has not been used;
  3. No more than 14 days have passed since the purchase.

Return shipping conditions:

  1. If the customer requests an exchange, shipping costs in both directions are paid by the customer. The replacement is sent only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  2. If a refund is requested and the customer did not pay for return shipping, the delivery cost is deducted from the refund amount.
  3. If the product did not match the description due to the seller’s fault, shipping in both directions is covered by the seller.

Procedure for returning a defective product:

  1. Call us and inform about your intention to return the product;
  2. Provide the tracking number of the shipment and your bank card number for the refund;
  3. Within three business days after receiving the product, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

All delivery service fees and transfer commissions are covered by us.
Returns and exchanges are handled through Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta.
Refunds are made after the product is received.
Funds are transferred either to your bank card or sent as a money transfer to a Nova Poshta branch.
Refunds are processed within 3 days after the seller receives the parcel.
We cover delivery costs only if the product was defective. If the product is of proper quality, all expenses are borne by the customer.

If packaging or product damage is discovered upon inspection at a Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch, an appropriate report must be drawn up, and our company should be notified by phone using the number listed on our website.

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", the company may refuse to exchange or return products of proper quality if they belong to categories listed in the official list of non-returnable and non-exchangeable goods.
