General Terms
Delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00.
Delivery of confirmed in-stock orders takes 2–3 business days.
The delivery date and time are provided by the manager when placing the order. To arrange delivery at a different time, please contact us by phone or leave a note in the order comments.
Delivery Methods and Cost
- Courier delivery — from 2 days.
- Delivery via Nova Poshta — from 2 days.
Delivery cost — from 120₴.
The parcel is stored for 7 days after arriving at the Nova Poshta branch. After that, it is returned to us. Please do not delay collecting your parcel.
Check the product upon receipt!
When receiving your order, please check the integrity of the packaging and its contents. If you find any defects, be sure to contact our managers. Claims for mechanical damage are accepted only upon receipt of the order.
When collecting your order at a Nova Poshta branch, first inspect the contents of the parcel. If the product is unsuitable or defective, return it immediately to the delivery service employee.
The courier service will independently process the return to the sender. We would appreciate it if you notify our manager about your refusal to accept the light fixture.
All relations between the store and the customer are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
